Comes from us, the installer, and covers the installation — flashing, nailing, sealing, ventilation. The things a manufacturer can’t control. Every Summit roof gets 25 years, in writing.

Every Summit roof carries a 25-year workmanship warranty in writing, separate from the manufacturer’s material warranty. The GAF Golden Pledge® is the strongest system warranty in roofing and is only available from Master Elite® contractors. The Summit Care Plan is optional annual maintenance — it is not insurance.

No Invented Damage
If your roof doesn’t need replacing, we’ll tell you. We document what’s really there with photos and never manufacture damage to sell a roof.
